Divisions for Fall Ball are as follows:
Babe Ruth or Seniors - $115 (13 – 15 years old)
Intermediate - $115 (12-13 years old)
Majors - $115 (10 – 12 years old); Played Majors or AAA in 2023
AAA - $95 (9 – 11 years old); Played AA or AAA in 2023
AA - $85 (7-8 years old); Played A or AA Ball in Spring 2023
A - $65 (1st Grade)
You should register your child for the division that they intend to play in the spring 2024 season. League ages are noted above and should be based on your child’s age as of August 31, 2024 (LL age cut-off).
Fall Ball will games begin around September 9th and end October 29th (8 weeks). All games will be played on Saturdays / Sundays. Teams will play 1-2 games per weekend, dependent on weather. Roster sizes will be increased as we understand kids are playing other sports in the Fall and schedules may conflict.
Most or all games will be played in Longmeadow for the Majors, AAA, and AA Divisions, however there could be a possibility of playing a few games in neighboring towns if there’s a need based on the number of teams formed. Older divisions will play games in Longmeadow and in neighboring towns.
Fall ball is intended to be instructional and less competitive than the Spring season. There are no standings and rules will be put in place to encourage opportunities for more kids to have the chance to experience different positions. The goal is to continue to develop baseball skills and to teach the kids moving up a division the rules of the division they are moving into to accelerate their development for the Spring Season.
